Vest // Long Sleeve // Belt // Jeans // Similar Booties // Lipstick

My favorite holiday song is the Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy, and when I saw Summer’s makeup look inspired by the song, I had the idea to do an outfit inspired by it!

To be honest, I had absolutely no idea what a sugar plum looked like until about five minutes ago when I Googled a picture of one, but I always assumed they were purply like normal plums and I was right!

I got this shirt a couple days ago at Aerie on sale, and I love the color of it!! I have nothing else this color (except my lipstick), so that justified me picking it up. I ended up getting an extra large because they didn’t have a medium or large in stock, but it fits so well and isn’t too baggy. It’s perfect to wear half-tucked, or untucked over a pair of leggings!

Then this lipstick. Guys OMG this lipstick.

I’ve heard such wonderful things about ColourPop cosmetics, and I luckily ended up getting three of their liquid lipsticks for Christmas. Holy cow you guys, I never want to wear anything else ever again. The color literally lasts all day! I didn’t have to reapply while I was at work at all! Only if you eat a big meal will you have to reapply. The one I’m wearing is a ultra matte lipstick and it’s in the color Viper.

Lastly, can we talk about this dupe of the J. Crew herringbone vest? I’ve wanted this vest ever since I saw Amy from Pastel n Pink. I found this vest at Francesca’s and instantly liked it even better than the J. Crew one because it was more of a cloth material than a moisture wicking one. Unfortunately, it’s out of stock at Francesca’s, so I linked a similar one for you above!

What’s your favorite holiday song? Do you know what a sugar plum looks like? Have you ever tried ColourPop’s products before? Let me know in the comments below!
